The task was to recreate the Indian culture during the British colonial times back into the restaurant space. The research was done accordingly, keeping in mind the industrialization in India, railways during British rule, the arts & crafts that flourished during colonial times. A set of layouts were made for the same keeping in mind Indian heritage and culture.

A train coach was painted on the kitchen wall which shows local Indians of that era traveling via Indian railway.
